Problem with 2FA and can't log in

I have a problem with my work Box account. Since I can't log in to box.com with that account, I'm filing this support request with my private box account.
Problem:
When I try to log in to box.com with my work Box account, the site requires me to type 6-digit authenticator code, but recently I replaced my phone and I don't have authenticator app any more.
Besides, when I set 2FA to this box account, I used the account to log in to another company's Box server. (My company consists of group of engineers, and each engineer works for another company as a contractor.) And the contract with that company is already over, so there's no chance to ask that company's IT admin.
I started working with yet another company as a contactor, and they have Box server. Please help me log in to their box server with my work Box account.
