Unable to upgrade my account - Payment related issue
AnsweredI am getting the following error message despite a working credit card. Tried multiple times using Mobile and Laptop - but same issue.
Request Type - Account Upgrade request - to "Box Personal Pro"
There was an error processing your request.
We were unable to process your payment information. Please double check that all fields are filled out correctly and try again or visit support.box.com for further assistance.
