    When I first started using Box some years ago around 2009 it was a very simple platform, intuitive to use, excellent service by way of informing each time a document was viewed or downloaded. Now there is no report of this kind provided and I can't even understand the terminology in the different paid account options to see if there is a paid service of this kind. The website has become very complex to navigate and there is no direct support or communication facility with the administrators. If it weren't for the fact I have brochures out in the public with a link on them I would find another file storage provider. This is extremely disappointing.

    You can track your file activities through Box reports or User Activity on files.
