    Welcome to Box Community and glad to help!

    You don't seem to have any owned or shared folders in your Box account. It's possible that your collaboration invite was sent on another email address that you own. Can you verify that please? 

    And if that's the case, you must reach out to the folder owner and request for another collaboration invite. This time, for the correct email address linked to your Box account.
