Shared file won't appear in my account
AnsweredA box folder was shared with me from another user. I did not have a box account, so I made an account and then returned to my email (same email the account was made with) and accepted the folder invite. However, I still cannot see the folder in my account. My account still has no files in it.

If the collaboration invite was sent to the correct email address linked to your Box account, it should show under your pending invitation(s).
Doing this will help you confirm that, please go ahead find and resolve a pending invitation:
- In the left menu of your Box account window, click All Files.
- In the pending invitations panel under ACTION REQUIRED, hover on the name of a file or folder.
- To see details about the invitation, click the ellipses, "...", and select View Details.
- To decline the invitation, click the ellipses, "...", and select Decline All.
- To accept the invitation and gain access to the project's content, click Accept.
You may use this article as your reference. Meanwhile, if there's no pending invitation to your Box account. You may reach out the user who sent the invite and have this user to send another invitation.
