Unmanaged User Report
AnsweredThe user reports do not show the users using our domain.
What steps have people taken to overcome this hurdle? I have opened another support ticket to see if there is another team that can provide me with a report and resolve this for me.

I am not sure why Box employees are unwilling to share this information.
This is a restricted request using a sales strategy. The documentation does not outline, and Box employees have not been able to tell me which plan is required to enable the view unmanaged users feature.
Unless an Account Manager enables the feature, you must work with an Account Manager to request the report. It took a little prodding since my rep tried to meet with me as a condition for the report.
