All files disappeared
AnsweredAll our box files have disappeared. This is a critical item for us.
And, it is really confusing that there is no way to actually open a support ticket for a technical issue, but rather we are required to "ask the community" for help on something that is a Box technical problem....

Looks like you don't have your own folder(s) and no collaborated folder(s) as well.
Meanwhile, if you're to restore your owned files from Box. Please go over to your trash/bin icon and restore your missing file:
To restore specific items in Trash:
The steps below apply whether you’re selecting from search results or from all Trash items.
- Hover to highlight the row of the item you want. The More Options ellipsis (…) displays.
- Click the ellipsis (...). Then:
- To return the item to its original location in Box, click Restore.
- At the prompt, click Okay.
And for collaborated files, you can contact the file/folder owner.
