SAML2 Connexion: Unexpected System Error (Reference#: 3621-3573)

I've added the Box Application from the Zoho marketplace.

Everything seems to be well configured (metadata, connexion URL, Certificate...) but when I am trying to access box.com through the SSO (https://sso.services.box.net/sp/ACS.saml2) I get this error :

Using a SAML debugger I can see the error but I can't fix it, here the HTTP data:
