BoxforSalesforceの”Boxユーザーとしてログインする”について

BoxforSalesforceの設定で、”ユーザとしてログインする”の設定は
どのような機能になるかを教えていただきたいです。
設定すると、Boxのアカウントを保持していなくても、
ユーザとしてログインで設定したユーザの権限でBoxにアクセスできるという仕組みでしょうか。
もし設定しない場合は、都度Salesforceのレコードを開くたびに自分のアカウントでBoxへログインをしないといけない仕組みになりますでしょうか。

In the BoxforSalesforce settings, the "Log in as user" setting is
I would like to know what kind of function it will have.
Once set, even if you do not have a Box account,
It is a system that allows you to access Box with the privileges of the user set as the user login.
If you do not set this, you will have to log in to Box with your account every time you open a Salesforce record.
