All my files has been deleted
AnsweredWhen I tried to enter my profile I realized that only one file of all the ones I had is kept, I had at least 2 GB of information that has disappeared, how can I recover it? I have searched in the trash but it does not appear, also, before it had a capacity of 50 GB and now it tells me that the capacity is 10 GB. They have modified something that has caused my files to be lost!

Are you looking for your own folders or collaborated folders? If it's the latter, you may reach out to the folder owner as the collaboration may have ended. Which caused the files to disappear from your Box account.
Additionally, Box stores files and folders you place in the trash for a certain period of time. That default period is 30 days, although Box administrators of business and enterprise accounts can shorten or lengthen it.
