Box Drive FILES UNAVAILABLE after two factor authentication declined

    It appears that your 2FA is already enabled. Can you now access the shared files/folders?

    Hi Rona.

    Negative.   The files have not resurfaced since 2FA was initially declined (eventually activated which explains why 2FA is now enabled).

    The main folder (Hays - shared folder) and all its subfolders have remained accessible but the files on the same directory disappeared during the 2FA process and have not been seen since.
