一度、別の会社の方から一ユーザーとして利用したことがあるためアカウントがあるのですが、今回は自分自身が管理者になりライセンスを取得したいと思って登録しようしたところ、「すでに登録されています」という表示が出て、登録することができません。
以前のアカウントは受け身だったのですが、新たに管理者として利用することはできないのでしょうか？
設定を急いでいたため、別のメールアカウントから登録してしまったのですが、本当はやり方があるのでは？と思い、投稿しました。ご回答をよろしくお願いいたします。（こういった問合せをどこで聴いたり確認すればいいかが分かりにくいです。このフォームも苦労してようやく見つけました・・・・）
