Al resetear mi pc se borraron unos archivos qie tenia en la carpeta Public de Mis Box y tambien han desaparecido de la nube ¿se pueden recuperar? Tampoco estan en la papelera. Gracias.

  Ok. When I reset my PC, some files I had in the Public folder of My Box were deleted and they have also disappeared from the cloud. Can they be recovered? They are not in the trash either. Thank you.
