full box but emptied

j'ai vidé ma box vers le cloud ce matin. Le site me dit toujours que j'utilise du 50Go/50 même si j'ai tout mis à la poubelle, puis j'ai vidé ma poubelle.
Je ne peux donc pas synchroniser les nouveaux documents.
