Box Sync on PC latest files not on the app
AnsweredI have had Box Sync for several years and I use it frequently.
I am having a problem and do not know where to go or where to read.
I have a dedicated folder on my PC hard drive "Box Sync" I have added several sub folders to meet my needs.
I access the folder on my Hard Drive using iphone and ipad apps and could not see the more recent files. I logged on to Box (box.com) and cannot see them either. On hard drive but not "on line" or app.
I logged in a few days ago trying to correct a sync error and evidently messed up a setting and the sync error is still there.
Any assistance would be appreciated.

Welcome to Box Community and glad to help!
We firmly suggest for this change in your environment as Box Drive is the current Box desktop experience, does not require manual syncing (though this is available through the mark for offline option), and the issue you're experiencing is likely to be resolved straight away after installation. By installing Box Drive from this link Box Sync will be automatically uninstalled, and any files that had not synced up to Box will be preserved in your old Box Sync folder.
