    Welcome to Box Community and glad to help! 

     

    When you log in and select "Contact Support" from the top-navigation menu you will see the different options for contacting the Box Product Support team. These options will vary by customer, depending on account type, agent availability and support subscription level. Options may include submission by web form, live chat and, for Premier and Platinum Service customers, a direct phone line. 

    If you are interested in upgrading your account, you can see available plans and reach out to our Sales team here.

     

    Meanwhile, if you have questions for Product Support you may continue to use this Community forum.

    Good morning,

     

    I am currently the admin and have an external user unable to get into my box account.  Box backup codes are no longer working, and he haven’t had to use them since my first log in.  Over the last month he had to input them about half of the time.  Today it says they are all invalid.  I as the account admin who is on the CC line of this email has disabled two factor authentication on his account, but it is still asking him for verification or back up codes.  Any  assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
