I'm getting notices that I've run out of storage, but I signed up for an unlimited plan so I'm pretty confused.

  Hi, we too have the same problem. On the site it says unlimited, and we can't upload anything anymore. Please we want answers

  These forums dont help when box is literally just telling everyone to solve through email.
