Can't receive shared folder
AnsweredI got an email to share a folder with me that I was expecting. I clicked on the "Accept Invite" link and it asked me to sign up for an account. I already have one so I signed in, but then the shared folder wasn't in my account. So I clicked the "Accept Invite" link from the email again, but it never shows up in my files. I have accepted shared folders from this person before with no issues.
I tried looking for a way to contact Customer Support because I don't think a random user will be able to help me with this, but apparently there is no customer support. Anyone have any ideas? Or an email to contact support directly?

It is possible for you to check the email address where the invitation was sent? If your Box account is using the same email address. If they're not the same, please contact the folder owner and ensure that you will be invited to your email address linked to your Box account.
