Can't upgrade account
AnsweredGetting an error message to contact support when trying to upgrade my account to Personal Pro, but trying to figure out how to contact support directly instead of posting in a community forum has been difficult and confusing. Why are we having to post on a semi-public forum about private account details? Is this really the best way to funnel support tickets?
