folder size
AnsweredMy local sync folder size is 50G while box.com says that my account is 21G, and not has archive

Welcome to Box Community and glad to help!
We've run the script to fix your file/folder counts. To verify your current used storage, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Used Storage.
You don't seem to own any files/folders and please try to log out and log in from your Box desktop application.
