Personal to Enterprise Account Issues
CompletedI have a user who "purchased" her own personal Box account and used her czarnowski email address to sign up. Now, she submits a ticket to get Box for Czarnowski. Deletes her "personal" Box account, and when attempting to add her, I get this message: Invite Existing Box User. The email address you entered already has a Box Account. Are you sure you want to invite this user to join your account as a managed user? I click "Invite", however, I get the following error message: There was an error inviting [information redacted] to join your enterprise. You can contact this user directly to log in to their account. The user also received the following email from Box stating her Box Account (personal) is now deactivated:

You are receiving this email to inform you that you have successfully cancelled your Box account. As a result, you will no longer be charged, and your account will be deactivated on October 11, 2023. You will be able to use your account until then.
