Formatting Text Toolbar in Box Notes disappears when working on the box note

Since around 12.10.2023 I face the issue in box notes that the 

Formatting Text Toolbar in Box Notes

disappears  when working on the box note and I can not change anymore the text size, color, etc. This behavior happens on Firefox, Edge and Chrome.  Also my colleagues are facing this issue. Please help as box notes can not be used efficently without this formating toolbar.

    I found out, that the problems comes when I use a table of content. As soon as I click on the table of content the toolbox disappears.

    I'm not sure if this is exactly the same issue but when I am using Box Note, some of the formatting tools disappear if I do not have my window (Chrome) open to full screen on a wide display. There does not seem to be a way to scroll over to see the rest of the tools and there is no carrot or any way to click to view and use the formatting tools that no longer show when not on full/wide screen.

    I also haven't found a way to customize the formatting toolbar such that I could at the least move the tools that I use most (in this case, the various bullet formats - bullets, numbered lists, check boxes) towards the left side so they still show when the window is narrower. Does anyone know a solution? It is extremely frustrating as this seems like it would be a pretty basic feature so I must be missing something? The key strokes for Bold and Italic and Underline are simple so I don't even really need to have those visible/usable on the toolbar when I'm on a narrower screen.
