Login Issue - authenticator
AnsweredI cannot get the authenticator code on my company account and cannot login. Can you kindly help me out?

Looks like 2FA is not enabled to your Box account. And perhaps, are you referring to your other Box account? If yes, please open a case using your affected Box account so we could help with your log in issue.
