2FA Issue after new phone
AnsweredI currently use Microsoft Authenticator with my BOX account, but since upgrading the the latest iPhone, I am unable to receive my BOX 2FA 6-digit code. I need to reset my BOX 2FA. Thank you.

Upon checking your Box account, 2FA isn't configured in this Box account. Do you have an alternate Box account you're having this issue with?
If yes, please contact us using the affected Box account.
