Download/archive old user files & delete users

We have several users/licenses who are former employees that need to be removed. I need assistance with downloading and archiving their files, and ultimately deleting all inactive users. Thanks!

  Seems that you've posted in this forum using your individual Box account. Are you asking about ending your collaborator's access to folders or for your Business account users? If it's the latter, can you contact support with your Business account?
