Retrieving Files that have been deleted over 30 days

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have accidentally deleted an extremely import document/ file from the cloud. This happened around Aug/Sep 2023. I couldnt retrieve them from the trash bin. Is there a way for me to retrieve them? The file is extremely important, and your help is very much appreciated.

  We can only guarantee the recovery of your Box files for the next 30 days after its deletion, with additional 14-day grace period. Please note that this recovery grace period does not apply to Free accounts. We are unable to support file recovery for our Free Individual plan.
