storage full
AnsweredI have deleted files and stopped collaborating but I still cant upload something new to my clients folder. Please help it shows I am using 0 GB but I am still getting the upgrade/account storage full error.

Welcome to Box Community and glad to assist!
Does the client folder you do have issues with your own folder? If the folder is shared, you can get in touch with its owner instead. The storage limit for folders is determined by the owner's storage allocation.
