There is no way to create a new folder or upload files to the box.

I have a problem that I cannot upload new files to the box or create a new folder, because... The "new" button is missing (I'm attaching a screenshot). I went to these areas using links that a colleague sent me or I took from the miro boards. Previously, the "new" button might not be available due to lack of access. And the problem was easily solved when a colleague provided access. Now, even when transferring access, the “new” button is still missing. Plus now I can't manipulate old files either. At the same time, on the main screen the ability to create and upload files remains (I am attaching a screenshot). Now, if I go through a message in the mail about granting access to a folder, it tells me that the folder was not found (I am attaching a screenshot). At the same time, I can log in normally through the miro or the link in the message.
About two weeks ago, while I was on vacation, I received a letter from Box about the need to install two-factor verification in order to gain access to new files. I set up email verification, but even after that I still can't upload files. Colleagues were not required to provide two-factor verification and were still able to upload files.
Through the mobile version of the box, when I try to download a file, I receive the following message: “You do not have permission to download files to the folder.”
Please tell me what the problem is and how to solve it.

Welcome to Box Community and glad to help!
Looks like you're referring to a folder that you can only access through a shared link. Please note that you can only upload/create new contents in a folder with collaboration access and not via shared link.
You may contact the sender/owner of the shared link and request for a collaboration invite with upload permission.
