Box Status

Unable to move or delete folders

Hi, I have a couple folders Box will not allow me to move or delete.  When I try, I get the following message (this was when attempting to move the folders):

"You cannot move this folder because either this folder or the destination folder is locked by another operation."

I've tried rebooting, signing in and out, clearing cache, etc.  This has been an issue for several week, so it was not just something going on for a day. 

Any thoughts?
