I was told by my collaborator that they can NOT see the files I have uploaded. Why ?

  Welcome to Box Community and happy to assist! 

  To help you with your collaboration issue, 

  • Make sure that you're both looking on the same exact folder. 
  • Did you uploaded a new file or edited an existing file? Did you saw the file uploaded/edited without any errors? 
  • Are you seeing the file by yourself in the Box website? 
  • Lastly, is your collaborator accessing the file through his/her local Box folder or the Box website? Please make it a habit to always check   box.com for the newly uploaded/edited files.
