Box Drive cannot be accessed and reinstalled on windows 10

I'm using Windows 10 (22H2).
For some reason, my box desktop icon disappeared a couple of days ago with the error message, saying "send a log."
I've tried to uninstall and reinstall several times following the instructions below but with no success.

Is there any other way to restore my access to the box from my desktop?
Box drive is accessible on the browser.
