Storage issue
AnsweredMy Account has said that I am almost at my storage limit. No matter how much space I clear, my storage capacity never changes. I have gone into my trash and deleted files completely from my account and it is not reflected in my storage capacity. It's a bit frustrating. THANKS

Great news! I went ahead and fixed your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Storage Used.
In the future, if you experience incorrect storage, please let us know in this forum.
