User Being Asked for 2FA But Enterprise Does Not Have It Set UP
CompletedWe have a managed user (a contractor) who is external to our organization (uses an external email address for login). She has been granted access to certain folders, but when she tries to access them, she is gets a 2FA prompt to enter a phone number. Her phone number does not work, nor do any other user phone numbers. More importantly, we have not set up 2FA for her. How do we give her access without running into this problem?
