    Hi, Luke Lundberg,

    Is there any other information like the link or words to set up permissions when you get the message? Set up the permissions to upload. Or you have to check the file limits while uploading via this blog: https://blog.box.com/how-to-upload-documents.

    If you still have problems uploading files to Box, search for a third-party tool to upload, like MultCloud, or other tools.
