Access email not being sent, Email potentially in suppression list
AnsweredI have a colleague whose email was not properly set up before access was sent. I believe that this caused a bounce back and put her email in the Box's suppression list.
Could we please have her email [information redacted] removed from the suppression list so emails will be sent to her moving forward.

As requested, the affected user's email address was removed in suppression list.
To prevent this from happening in the future, please make sure that your email client, virus scan, ISP, or firewall are not blocking emails from
- box.com
- notify.box.com
- reply.box.com
- track.box.com
It's possible that emails may bounce back to Box again. You may need to contact your ISP or internet service provider or Corporate IT department to assist you; please review this help article: Troubleshooting Issues with Email Notifications.
