Uh huh. So where/how do I open the support ticket?? Don't see anything except post to community.

I only saw you can post to the community or you can reach out to your Account representative. I just need quick help and now that is completely gone. How can I talk/ chat/ communicate with a human and not wait on a post? Even if it is an email system, knowing I can express my issue and get help instantly (like when we had the chat option).
