How to audit what files an external user has access to?

Hi folks,

I thought that if I examined a given external user that under folder collaboration I would see all of the folders the external user has access to. However, I've got a very visible situation where an external user has 2 folders listed there, yet we have a separate sales folder where the user again appears as a collaborator.

I haven't found a report yet that would allow me to see every ad-hoc FILE and FOLDER an external user has access to.

Please assist.

    Hi Warren, 

    Welcome to Box Community and glad to help! 

    The  Collaborations report can be used to monitor the folders/files owned by your Organization where this external user was invited in.
