    To isolate your issue, let me ask for these information. 

    Does your Box application ever worked in your Windows 11 OS and what is your current Box version? Also, can you attach a screenshot of your network error in this forum? 

    We'd love to further assist!

    Thank you for your reply.  ;-)

    What I can tell you now, is that I indeed have Windows 11 (Pro) installed and Box worked before on Windows 11. The Box version I installed was the latest version that I downloaded from the Box site. I'm sorry I cannot provide you any screenshot now, because I won't be home for a couple of days. On Friday I will be back and can provide you the printscreen if it is still wished for.

    Also, I have another question. I have 50 Gb on my Box account, but once I tried to upload a backup from my documents on my computer (a little bit more than 2 Gb) I received a message that an upload for more then 2 Gb was not possible and I was told to upgrade my account (??). I then thought I maybe should upload a partial of my documents at first, because maybe uploads over 2 Gb at once would not be possible, but that didn't do the trick when I tried to upload the second part of my documents. Again I was told that it exceeded the total of the 2 Gb and I was told again to upgrade my account. 

    I then uninstalled en reinstalled Box on my computer where I then also got problems with the internet connection; and that's why I contacted you guys.

    I'm mailing you now from the office, but please let me now if you still want that print screen coming Friday.
