New to Box. Is it possible to use Box to share an exam with students, and be able to have a record of when they doenloaded the exam, and when they uploaded the completed test? They have 24 hours to complete, and we need to be able to verify time window. TIA!

    Welcome to Box Community and glad to help! 

    Yes, you can upload and collaborate on a folder by inviting your students as collaborators. Note that inviting collaborators will require them to setup an account with Box and no worries, they can setup an account for free here. 

    • You can invite collaborators by following the steps from this link. 
    • As you send the invite, you will also decide what access to grant your collaborators. Here's a quick quide for you.

    Later on, you can simply remove colalborators in the folder. Meanwhile, with your current Account Tariff you don't have an option to track their download activity.
