Account storage limit reached despite of free capacity

When I try to upload files to the Box, there is an message "Account storage limit reached" (attached you can find the screen shot), but 1.3GB is full from total 10GB (attached you can see my account details). My colleagues under admin [personal information–redacted] have the same problem. The admin bought Starter Account Type, so we should have 100GB total capacity.
Could you help us, please?

it looks like the owner of the shared folder's storage has already been reached, Kindly reach out to the folder owner and ask to delete files that he/she no longer need. Another option is to reach out to your Box Admin and request to add the folder owner as a managed user so that the Admin can give the owner an "unlimited storage"
Click on your profile located on the upper right > account settings > account > scroll to the bottom and you will find your Box Admin's contact information.

our admin bought 100GB storage on 16th November 2023. Below you can see his account details:
Also he set up me and my colleagues as the managed users. Below you can see screen shot:
But the capacity of managed users was not increased and the error "Account storage limit reached" is still occured.
What is the problem?
