Can't Change Email Address
AnsweredI'm trying to change the email address on my Box account. I've put in the new email address and the verification link has been sent to my new email address. When I click on the verification link, it takes me to a Zendesk Auth site to "choose a local password...", and I enter my password, and I always get a error called "
403 Forbidden
Attempting a prohibited action
"
What is going on here? Why doesn't the verification link work? I've tried multiple links now and two different browsers (Chrome and Edge) with no success....???

Here are some troubleshooting steps to try:
1. Make sure that the browser is up to date
2. Clear the browsing history
3. Temporary disable plugins/extensions, firewall, and VPN
Use a different browser
4. Check if your firewall is configured for Box apps
5. Try to connect to a different network

I still get the same issue. This doesn't solve the problem. I've changed computers and am on a different network. I reset my browser, and still get the same issue. When I click on the verify email address link, I get that ZenDesk Auth box asking me to input a local password to use when not signed in via single log-on. Can you just email me and change my email address for me since this system is not working? Thanks. Kendall
