    Welcome to Box Community!

    Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:

    1. Updating your browser to the latest version
    2. Clearing your browser's cache
    3. Using Box with an alternate browser, computer or network
    4. Temporarily disabling any internet security/firewall programs to test whether they conflict with Box (note: you may need clearance/assistance from your organization’s IT department/helpdesk to do this)
    4.Updating Adobe Flash: http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player.html
    5. Updating Java: http://java.com/en/download/installed.jsp?detect=jre&try=1
    6. Disabling any plugins on your browser

    I trust that the above steps will do the trick. Otherwise, let me know if the problem continues to exist.
