Incorect storage size shown
AnsweredHi, like for many others, my account shows 100% storage used, while in reality it has only 30GB out 50GB limit. Could you please fix this?

Great news! I went ahead and fixed your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Storage Used.
