New user not able to receive confirmation email

We have an individual account with Box. a new user tries to create account and he is getting a message that the confirmation email has been sent to his email address; however, he does not receive that confirmation email. He checked his Junk folder, suppression list everything and it's not there either. when recreate account then get message " Email is already taken" . Please let me know what information you need to be able to look into the issue for me.

Looks like your colleague has successfully created an account with Box since the "email is already taken" prompt has showed up. Instead of signing up can you have your colleague to generate a new link?
