    Hi Pawan, 

    Welcome to Box Community and glad to help! 

    Looks like your colleague has successfully created an account with Box since the "email is already taken" prompt has showed up. Instead of signing up can you have your colleague to generate a  new link

    Hi Rona,
    The thing is that he is not any email when tries to reset the password.
    Is there any way to get his old account deleted and post that he can create new account this is the process many persons in our team follow to get access to box.
