Hey there! 

we have automation in place in ClickUp through Make via Box. So, every time a new person completes a form, they receive an Agreement via Box, which is automated through Make as well. However, when the person receives the agreement, they don't have a place to fill out the form. I mean the spaces are blank when they shouldn't be, since the template in Box has the placeholder in place.

Hope you can give us some insight knowing why this is happening. I can also send a Loom if you'd like.
