All Files Gone

I have not logged in to my account for quite a while now. Just today, upon checking all of my file folders are gone. My account is clean and wiped out. What happened? Is there a number that we can call to help us on this? It seems like this is not the first time and other users experienced the same thing.

To locate your folders, please check your trash/bin icon in box.com.
You can start with the search function in your trash to find the missing folders.
- Navigate to your Trash folder.
- Toward the top, click the Search Files and Folders
- In the box that displays, enter any search parameters.
- Check Only search inside of “Trash.”
- Press Enter.
Once you've located the folder. Here's how to restore your deleted folder.
The steps below apply whether you’re selecting from search results or from all Trash items.
- Hover to highlight the row of the item you want. The More Options ellipsis (…) displays.
- Click the ellipsis (...). Then:
- To return the item to its original location in Box, click Restore.
- At the prompt, click Okay.

Rona, I did not delete any files. My trash folder is also empty. My collections folder is still there but all the files are GONE!
Please look into this coz this is not looking any good at all. I see other people encountering the same problem. I expect BOX to restore all my files and give me an explanation what happened here.
