Storage Usage Or File Count In My Account Is Incorrect
AnsweredI have deleted approximately 5GB of files but my storage totals note over 9GB of10GB used and I have been unable to load files due to lack of space. Please run the script to fix the storage totals.

Great news! I went ahead and fixed your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Storage Used.
