Incorrect account storage amount
AnsweredHi, my account shows 8.3 GB of 10.0 GB used but I only have two files totaling 972 kb. I've also deleted and permanently deleted all previous files. I appreciate any help!

Great news! I went ahead and fixed your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Storage Used.
