Hi there,

Hope you're well! Quick favor – any chance you could bump up my storage from 1TB to unlimited? My plan already says unlimited, but it seems I'm hitting a roadblock. Need it urgently. Your prompt attention would be a lifesaver. Thanks a million!

  As for your storage request, kindly reach out to our Billing team by creating a new case or email them using billing@box.com.

  These forums dont help when box is literally just telling everyone to solve through email.
