Storage is not correct
AnsweredGood morning everyone,
I have noticed that my account displays wrong information about the storage availability. I have deleted several files but it is still almost full.
I have read that a script can be run to update that information and it is something that I haven't had before, could I have this in my account? Even if only can be requested once, I will need the space soon.

Great news! I went ahead and fixed your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Storage Used.
In the future, if you experience incorrect storage, please let us know in this forum.
